Description:

The Telecom Analyst supports the client’s extensive Video Tele-Conferencing (VTC) environment. A working knowledge and understanding of the Web Commander, Global Management System and Smart-Conference applications is a plus. The scope of the responsibility entails VTC reservations, monitoring VTC sessions and trouble-shooting VTC issues. Additionally, the Telecom Analyst provides in-person monitoring support for executive VTC meetings to ensure accessibility to the executives in the event there are issues.
The Telecom Analyst is also responsible for the procurement, activation, delivery, disposal and problem solving of the client’s mobile devices, hand-held radios and loaner projectors. The knowledge of the Blackberry Enterprise Server administration comprises the basic administration functions of the user’s accounts (internal and external locations).
